Bradley Puckett was born and raised in the small rural town of Paleto Bay, with a brother, and a sister. His father was in the US Army, he served in operation Desert Storm in Kuwait, back in the early 90s. After the war was over, his father being a career military man, continued with his service in Iraq, to where he passed away in the battle of Fallujah. His mother was a part-time store clerk in the local 24/7. He had two brothers, and one sister. During Bradley's high school tenure he got into punk scene, he was attracted to the music and nature of the culture. It mostly consisted of small gigs, small bars, and small time local punk bands.

During his high school years, he was working as a server at a local restaurant. He kept on with the job during his early adult years, since he was the oldest brother and had to provide for his family, because his father was absent most of his life, Bradley had to become one of the primary providers for the family, along side his mother, making meager pay working two jobs. After reaching the age of twenty-one, Bradley went ahead and got his firearm licenses acquired, he worked as a freelance security consultant, he did that for a few years up until he met a man at a bar in the city of Los Santos, they chatted over a few beers, and Bradley was offered a job at Sinclair Security Solutions, where he continues to work there today. Since Bradley lives on a boat, his hobbies mainly include fishing, where he catches his own lunch and dinner. Bradley got into fishing at a young age with one of his friends, he'd go out with his friend and his father on a little row boat, go fishing for a few hours during the weekends, and cook up their daily catch for dinner. Shooting is one of Bradley's other hobbies, he got into it during his teenage years, it all started when he'd go to the public library in Paleto Bay and hop onto Youtube and watch snippets from shooting tournaments and gun reviews. The last of Bradley's simple life hobbies is scuba-diving, he took scuba-diving classes ten years ago at the age of 18. He took the classes over the course of two weeks, due to small financial problems, albeit, after a few months of hard work he managed to buy his own scuba-diving gear, that he still uses to this day.

Bradley's father's military career is what drove him towards service to the community, however, the easiest method for him to serve whilst remaining in close proximity of his family, as opposed to joining the military like his father, would be to serve in the State Fire Marshals.
