Born November 30, 1994 in Bowling Green Kentucky, with the larger portion of her life spent in KY. Growing up for Rona was as normal as could be, and having one older sibling helped her never really have to deal with the constant attention of being an only child. Though being raised by her Military Police father and Firefighter mother, Rona was still brought up with a strict daily routine throughout her school years.

Early on in school, she took a liking to art which tossed her into the downward spiral that became her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, much to her parents disappointment, of course. Having a very expensive piece of paper, and no real experience to back it up, Rona found herself moving away from her family to Los Santos in search of work. Once here, she found work at an interior design company to finally put that piece of paper to use. Though, after just a few months of work, the company was dissolved and Rona's work was up in the air again until she took up a security position at ULSA.
