4.9 Please provide your character's background story:- Manuel Hernandez is a 32-year-old male who lives in South Los Santos and who was previously assigned as a Patrol Sergeant to the Mission Row Station. Manuel had a youth like any other Hispanic boy in South Los Santos, seeing both sides of the coin. He was previously a Police Explorer and later applied for the Los Santos Police Department when he was eligible. He has patrolled the area of South Los Santos and served his community there as a Senior Lead Officer. Later, he was a Patrol Sergeant for the Mission Row Station where he aspired to be a role model for his officers assigned to his watch.
Since his resignation from the Los Santos Police Department, Manuel has spent time out of state following several law enforcement courses to gain more experience and knowledge regarding a variety of subjects. Most notably was the training in Leadership and Active Shooters at the Federal Bureau of Investigations Academy in Quantico, Virginia. Manuel spent time in-house at the location and followed both subjects with other law enforcement officials from all over the country, passing them successfully.
Upon completion of the courses, he has returned back to the state and is looking to get back employed in law enforcement.
