Procopio Drive Fire Statement
Paleto Bay, Los Santos County - At approximately 21:32 on the 11th December 2023, SANFIRE Main control received a call for service for a reported structure fire at an address on Procopio Drive in Paleto Bay, Los Santos County.
On arrival, Deputy Fire Marshals approached the scene to find a fully involved structure fire and in conjunction with San Andreas State Parks established a perimeter involving partial road closure of Procopio Drive to allow for safe space for Los Santos Fire Department firefighter resources to work, local residents were advised to close their windows due to heavy smoke.
Knockdown was declared at 22:12 and the scene was handed over to San Fire for preliminary investigation during which an AD Canine was also utilised as well as Los Santos Police Department Forensics also assisted on scene. After incident conclusion, units remained in the area for precaution for a few hours after.
At this time, San Fire can confirm foulplay was involved. However, due to on-going investigation cannot comment further at this time.
