SAN FIRE LAW ENFORCEMENT ARRESTS SUSPECT OF ELGIN AVENUE VEHICULAR FIRE
Rockford Hills, Los Santos - On December 27, 2023, SAN FIRE Law Enforcement Officers arrested Ralph Richmond for one count of arson.
Upon completion of an extensive investigation, Richmond was arrested in relation to a vehicular fire that happened on Elgin Avenue outside the Emissary Complex on the 17th of December. Richmond was detained by the Los Santos Police Department in the afternoon of the 17th of December and transferred to SAN FIRE custody, he was held after failing to identify.
Richmond was formally arrested by SAN FIRE Law Enforcement on the evening of 27th of December. and has been booked for
FA 301. Arson.
Ralph Richmond was booked into the San Andreas State Prison and has pled guilty to all charges.
