DESCRIPTION
A Recruitment Officer is responsible for overseeing the recruitment of qualified canditates for the Academy of the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection. Their biggest priortity is to make sure the incoming applications are being reviewed and kept up to date, along with conducting interviews with future academy students.
San Fire is seeking an accomplished and dynamic professional for the position of Director of Recruitment. This non-sworn (civilian) role will contribute to the agency's mission by spearheading the identification and selection of exceptional individuals who will become the backbone of our fire prevention and law enforcement efforts. As the Director of Recruitment, you'll be entrusted with the vital task of cultivating a diverse and skilled pool of candidates to join the ranks of San Fire's Office of the State Fire Marshal.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must at least be twenty-five (25) years of age at the time of application. .
- Must hold a valid driver's license within the State of San Andreas at the time of application. .
- Must be a valid citizen of San Andreas and have a residence in the State of San Andreas. .
- Must have an education of at least a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. .
- Must have previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or a similar role. .
- Must have strong leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. .
- Familiarity with fire safety and emergency services is a plus. .
- Must have at least eighty (80) hours of in-game time, irrespective of character. .
- Must have previous experience in a faction/business, irrespective of character. .
- Must be able to maintain high roleplay standards, providing a realistic background story for this position. .
- Must be in good standing with the community and may be disqualified from the recruitment process for prior admin record.
