SAN FIRE LAW ENFORCEMENT ARRESTS SUSPECT OF IMEX VEHICULAR FIRE
Los Santos - On the 5th, July 2023, SAN FIRE Law Enforcement Officers arrested Harvey Brooks of Little Seoul for one count of arson.
Upon completion of an extensive investigation, Brooks, 28, was arrested in relation to a vehicular fire on IMEX Property, Plaice Place, Elysian Island. Brooks was detained by Park Rangers on the morning of the 4th of July and transferred to SAN FIRE custody where he was placed under fourty eight hour investigative hold.
Brooks, an ex-employee of IMEX faces additional charges of vandalism and criminal trespass due to being under a trespass order from IMEX property.
Brooks, was formally arrested by SAN FIRE Law Enforcement on the evening of 5th of July and has been booked for each of the following charges: FA 301. Arson MC 310. Trespassing and MC 311. Vandalism. He has also been given I 420. Vehicle Registration Violation.
Harvey Brook was booked into the Los Santos County Jail and has pled guilty to all charges.
