SAN FIRE LAW ENFORCEMENT ARRESTS SUSPECT OF FUDGE LANE VEHICULAR FIRE
Los Santos - On July 21, 2023, SAN FIRE Law Enforcement Officers arrested Miguel Silva of Amarillo Vista for one count of arson.
Upon completion of an investigation, Silva, 16, was arrested in relation to a vehicular fire on Fudge Lane. SAN FIRE's Arson Prevention Team in liaison with the Arson Canine unit and Los Santos Police Department carried out a preliminary investigation and Silva was detained for questioning following a traffic stop.
Silva when questioned by Deputy Fire Marshals, admitted to setting fire to the vehicle outside the squat house on Fudge Lane on the 21st of July.
Miguel Silva at the time of arrest was found to be in possession of lockpicking tools and was subsequently also charged with MC. 308. Possession of Burglary Tools.
Silva, was formally arrested by SAN FIRE Law Enforcement on the evening of 21st of July and has been booked for each of the following charges: FA 301. Arson and MC. 308. Possession of Burglary Tools.
