4.9 Please provide your character's background story:- Julia Costa was born and raised in Los Santos, San Andreas in the Vespucci area with her family. Her dad (Daniel) who is of Italian heritage, and her mother (Vanessa) both raised her in Vespucci along with her sister and brother who all lived in the same residence. Julia went to Vespucci High in her teens and graduated with honors. She attended ULSA and graduated with a Criminal Justice and Criminology degree. While in University, she worked as a security officer at the hospital part time, gaining various experiences with mental health patients and de-escalation techniques. She volunteered with many community events, engaging with the public to build a rapport.
Julia Costa then applied to the Los Santos County Sheriffs Department. She has been with the department for 4 years. During her time in the department she has been in the Canine Services Detail for one year, providing basic officers support with her gun detection and suspect apprehension dog. During her time in the Sheriffs Department, she's suffered from working a lot of forced overtime and irregular hours due to a shortage of deputies which has shifted her to move away and focus on a different career. During her time with the Sheriffs, she took an online fire investigation course which allowed her an insight to fire investigations and decided to go that route.
