Information Requested: Hello, with the re-emergence of cipher code beside a fire and the meaning of the code, I'd like to request a statement regarding 'The Cipher Arsonist'
I am looking for a full statement regarding:
1. What was found on scene (I saw something in a plastic wallet and graffiti from where I was, I did manage to capture photos of the graffiti after San Fire had closed the scene but other evidence was removed.
2. The methods and materials used by the arsonist
3. Any possible motives.
I am mostly interested in the forensic evidence removed from the scene and what it entailed.
I hope this is something you can provide in some capacity.
