SAN FIRE LAW ENFORCEMENT ARRESTS SUSPECT OF LUMBERYARD FIRE
Los Santos - On Jun. 19, 2023, SAN FIRE Law Enforcement Officers arrested Sean Baxter of no fixed abode for one count of arson.
Upon completion of an extensive investigation, Baxter, 32, was arrested in relation to a lumberyard fire in the Chilliad State Wilderness. SAN FIRE's Arson Prevention Team carried out a search warrant and Baxter was detained under a fourty eight hour detainment before his arrest.
Evidence of criminal posession was found during the investigation of Sean Baxter, and SAN FIRE Deputies sought additional charges in cooperation with the Los Santos District Attorney's Office. Sean Baxter has been booked for each of the following charges: Penal Code FA 201. Capital Murder (Attempt), MC 701. Criminal Possession of a Firearm, FC 115. Evading a Peace Officer, FA 301. Arson, FB 120. Assault & Battery on a Government Worker.
Baxter failed to appear before court after posting for bail, set at $200,000 and a warrant has been issued for his re-arrest. Further inquiries should be directed to the Los Santos District Attorney's Office.
