Luke Michael Rhett was born on February 2nd, 2000, into a family of four, his family was very wealthy, his father had his own business that was very successful, Luke would be home-schooled for his elementary time, learning everything there is, and being very advanced in everything he was learning, Luke would go on to attend middle school, where he would make tons of friends, and become very popular in his school, it would also be during this time that his father would take him on nature walks, where he would develop his love for nature.

He would attend Los Santos High, where he would find an interest in Law Enforcement, as his friend influenced him to take Criminal Justice & Psychology class, thinking it would be boring, he considered it and finally took it, learning all about how Law Enforcement works, how the human mind works and emotions, and much more such as criminology, this is also where he discovered becoming a Park Ranger, and this is exactly what he was looking for and exactly why he wanted to become a Ranger. This would be one of his motivations, pushing him to be his best in school, and graduating at the top of his class in 2018.
Luke would then attend ULSA, where he majored in criminal justice, hoping to achieve his dream, Luke would try his hardest, always meeting new people and making new friends, it was the best time of his life, learning what he always wanted to learn, and learning a lot of useful information about law, and more.

Luke would graduate from ULSA in 2022 with a bachelor's degree, after he graduated, he needed a little bit of money, as he did not want any help from his family, and wanted to see what living life on his own was like. He would get a job at a gas station and would work there for a few months so he could get enough money to find a place to live and get a car, after working for a few months, he would try to apply for a position and a park ranger and would fail, not dis motivated, he would try applying for a position at the Police Department, failing that as well, he decided he would wait until a position opens up for a park ranger again, where he would decide to apply again.

Luke would be accepted as a Cadet into the Part Rangers, learning along the way and meeting new people, Luke would spend his months in the field training program, until he was terminated on FTP for reasons he did not know. He did not give up, Luke would return back to his side job as a mechanic at Tomahawk Motors, working there for some extra money until he can find a new job.
