SAN FIRE LAW ENFORCEMENT ARRESTS SUSPECT OF LABOR PLACE FIRE
Los Santos - On July 22, 2023, SAN FIRE Law Enforcement Officers arrested Augusto Garcia for one count of arson.
Upon completion of an extensive investigation, Garcia was arrested in relation to a home break in and subsequent arson on Labor Place that occured on the 22nd of January. Garcia was detained by the Los Santos Sheriffs Department in the evening of the 21st of July and transferred to SAN FIRE custody.
Garcia was formally arrested by SAN FIRE Law Enforcement on the morning of 22nd of July and has been booked for each of the following charges: FA 301. Arson, FC 302. Burglary, FC 115. Evading a Peace Officer and MC 311. Vandalism.
Augusto Garcia was booked into the Los Santos County Jail and has pled guilty to all charges.
