- (( I'm looking to try out a new avenue of roleplay more centralized around passive RP. I'm currently in the LSPD faction as a K-9 Handler and would like to try a more slow paced type of investigatory roleplay which also involves the county. i haven't had much experience with fire-related roleplay and would like to try it out from this perspective. SFM seems like a unique choice to try and get into. This agency/department seems interesting to me because some of the unique circumstances of arson. ))

4.9 Please provide your character's background story:- Victoria Diaz was born in Los Santos, San Andreas on the 1st of December, 1997 to an already thriving Hispanic family. Her father, being a Police Officer and eventually her much older brother, Antonio Diaz - who currently heads the LSPD K-9 Platoon, and her sister joining him in that profession although in a different assignment. Like a late arrival to an already booming family tree, Victoria or more commonly referred to as Tori, grew up pretty comfortable. As the youngest of that particular Diaz household, she’d age looking up to both of her siblings and their motivation - admiring their dutiful belonging.
Victoria’s childhood was destined to be uneventful and largely uncontested by any hardships or tough times with her status as the youngest child and vast protection from her family. Victoria progressed through high school, watching her siblings succeed from the back which was a constant source of inspiration to actually end up like them, demonstrating outstanding academic prowess during her school days. However, as she got older she’d discover she didn’t really have the taste for regular policing like them - or at all in her early years. Victoria instead decided to go down the route that best fit to her personality, that of being empathetic to the struggles of others while keeping close to the first responder culture of the Diaz house. Joining up as a Firefighter and in turn also an EMT with the Los Santos Fire Department she didn’t seem to show any real interest in the idea of growing career wise, instead staying put with the bulk of the workforce at a humble position in the department.
However, over time Victoria began to slow even still despite her tender age - growing increasingly frustrated and tired of the often stressful work. Looking for a way out of that sort of life, she began searching for jobs that shared a similar sector and interest, but were less hair-greying. She’d discovered the prospect of SFM after finding an ad for recruitment online and eventually started reading into it, intrigued by the opportunity, Victoria applied her committed mindset towards the goal of acquiring a POST certification, allowing her to progress with her choice in joining up and changing careers, interested in a new type of fire preventing career, more on the investigation side. The family tradition of serving San Andreas as Peace Officers going strong in all different sectors.
