Aquiles Torres was born in Los Santos, San Andreas on June 1, 1987. His parents were locals from Los Santos, Gesualdo Torres, and Lucia Gonzales. His father was a mechanic working in the Los Santos Mechanics and his mother was a housewife, both born in Los Santos, San Andreas. Aquiles was the one and only child born to Gesualdo and Lucia, which allowed them to put more focus and education into Aquiles. Aquiles was sent to a school and finished high school a few years after in 2005. Aquiles used to help his grandparents work a farm which caused him to move to Paleto Bay after a few years of living with his parents. Several years after, Aquiles has finally managed to find himself a job in Sandy Shores working as an Employee in an Ammunition. Aquiles gained interest in weapons and decided to give hunting a go. He let go of hunting a few weeks later after losing interest.

Several weeks later Aquiles' financial state went up and managed to buy himself a new car. After a few months of thinking, he bought himself yet another vehicle which he then sold to friends of his due to financial issues and the state of the ammunition he is working at. Few months in Aquiles started gaining interest in becoming a firefighter. He used to watch videos daily on how the firefighters operate and now he's willing to start a career and gain the needed experience. A few months in Aquiles has managed to save himself a spot within the Fire Department where he gained the knowledge needed to become a full-time Firefighter. Aquiles was assigned to station one, located in Paleto Bay where he met his partners. Torres managed to climb ranks and achieve a rank of an Engineer. Straight after doing so Aquiles had to leave the town due to an emergency. After his return to the city, Torres has made up his mind and applied for the San Andreas Department of Forestry and Fire Protection with a plan to pursue his career within the department. Torres managed to become a Public Information Officer within the San Andreas Department of Forestry and Fire Protection but after several weeks Torres' interest became the Fire Department's Public Affairs Unit. He decided to transfer over to the Public Affairs Unit where he became a supervisor and later Public Information Director. Changes have happened within the department and Torres wasn't too satisfied so he decided to resign, he sat at home for a few weeks before seeing San Andreas Department of Forestry and Fire Protection sworn personnel application have opened.
