"Today, we gather to celebrate a momentous occasion—the graduation of our newest academy trainees in San Fire. It is my distinct honor and privilege to stand before you and commend you on this remarkable achievement.

Graduates, today marks the culmination of months of rigorous training, unwavering dedication, and relentless perseverance. You have endured the physical and mental demands of our academy with resilience and determination, emerging stronger. You have proven that you possess not only the skills required but also the spirit and tenacity essential for serving in San Fire. "

As you step into your roles as full-fledged members of San Fire, remember that you carry the legacy of those who came before you and the hopes of those who will follow. Your badge is a symbol of trust and responsibility, a testament to the rigorous standards you have met and the oath you will take. It is a promise to uphold the values of honor, duty, and service above self.

In the field, you will be tested in ways you cannot yet imagine. You will face situations that will challenge your skills and your resolve. But remember this: you are never alone. You have a network of support in your fellow deputies, your mentors. Lean on each other, learn from each other, and together, we will overcome any obstacle!

As you embark on this new chapter, I encourage you to stay true to the principles that brought you here. Embrace continuous learning, maintain your integrity, and always act with empathy and respect.

The communities we serve depend on us to be at our best, and I have every confidence that you will rise to the occasion."
