Ashley Fraser was born in the small community of Sandy Shores in Los Santos County, much of the early life Ashley can remember with his parents was a happy one. While his father worked on the local oil drilling operations, his mother worked as a nurse in the local medical center ending in him spending much of his time with a car mechanic of an uncle who would frequently visit from the city limits of Los Santos.

Eventually, Ashley would move to the city with his uncle to attend high school. Shunning subjects such as English and Maths to focus on an excel in subjects such as art, biology and chemistry. He'd encase himself in the culture at the time with his peers, finding himself enthralled with 80s rock and roll, metal and under age drinking as well as finding and exploring himself as a person living in a diverse state such as San Andreas. Though, this would not hinder the youngster in his studies as he always shunned his friends when his studies called for it, eventually enrolling into university with his friend Ellie Marshall.

During his few years away from Los Santos for university, Ashley began to study criminology. A spark of interest set alight inside of his from his exposure to the Public Service scene that to him, seemed to be a large thing of Los Santos as he grew up. He continued to spend his time with Ellie, a friend that had been supportive to him since their days spending time down Vespucci Beach. The only person who knew of Ashley's desire to find his place in the world. Not just career wise. But, finally be able to be himself. Though, this wouldn't stop him from immersing himself in the joys of university, partying until the late hours, enjoying the New York nightlife and immersing himself in his past joys of music, friends and good times.

Returning to Los Santos after his studies, with a bachelors in Criminology. Ashley began his journey, with Ellie behind him, Ashley became the person he wanted to be. So, while Ashley may now get the occasional strange looks on the street and no family to support him, now living his best life with Ellie at his side.
